La vis autoperceuse G-Fast™ Phillips n° 3 avec revêtement époxy noir n° 14 x 6 [homologuée FM] offre une résistance et une durabilité supérieures pour une grande variété d'applications. Le revêtement époxy noir, homologué FM, résiste à la corrosion et prolonge ainsi sa durée de vie. L'empreinte Phillips et la technologie Deckfast garantissent une installation sûre, idéale pour les terrasses, les constructions structurelles et autres projets similaires.


Considérations relatives à l'installation et à l'application

Outils : Visseuses 2 000–2 500 tr/min avec embout cruciforme n° 3 trempé. Pour le béton de structure, utiliser une mèche au carbure de 3/16 po et des visseuses 1 500 tr/min maximum, ou des perceuses à percussion en mode percussion. Le béton de structure doit être prépercé avec une mèche au carbure standard de 3/16 po, jusqu'à une profondeur minimale de 1/2 po par rapport à la profondeur de pénétration de la fixation. L'emballage standard contient un embout cruciforme n° 3.

Pénétration minimale du matériau :

• Épaisseur de l'acier de 22 ga (0,030 po) à 18 ga (0,048 po) : Pénétration minimale : 3/4 po

• Bois 2x (1-1/2" d'épaisseur) : Pénétration minimale : 1"

• Contreplaqué et OSB : Pénétration minimale : 3/4"

• Béton structurel : Pénétration minimale : 1"
