LOCTITE® 290 is a green, low-viscosity threadlocker designed to wick into pre-assembled threaded fasteners. Its capillary action allows it to penetrate tight joints and provide medium to high strength retention. Oil-tolerant and vibration-resistant, it is suitable for metal fasteners up to M12. Disassembly may require tools or localized heat (~250 °C).
